Before becoming a trainer, I've sat through more training sessions than I can remember. Most of them were boring. Some were painful. A few made me question my career choices.
Maybe I have a short attention span. Maybe I just don't like watching someone read 100 slides out loud. Either way, I always thought the same thing: there has to be a better way.
So we built one.
We make people learn by doing, not by sitting still. We simplify complex topics instead of hiding behind jargon. And we believe that if your team is having fun, they're actually learning.
Then we asked ourselves: what if we stopped putting people in conference rooms altogether? What if the classroom was Tuscany? Or the Amalfi Coast? Or the streets of Rome?

Who we are
A team of different minds with one shared belief: if your audience is bored, it's your fault, not theirs.
Alessia has lived and worked across Italy, Malta, Indonesia, and Singapore, launching projects with startups and large organizations in marketing, product, operations, and editorial.
She co-founded Explosive Brains, The Ideas Lab, and Dealflo. Somewhere along the way, she sat through one too many terrible presentations and decided to spend her career making sure nobody else has to.
On weekends, you'll probably find her on top of whatever mountain is nearby.
Engineer. Data nerd. Almost a decade working with numbers at companies like Twitter, Gucci, and General Assembly.
Founder of Kiwi Blu. But the biggest lesson from all those years wasn't technical. It was this: the best data in the world means nothing if your presentation makes people reach for their phone. So he dedicated himself to the other side, making the message land.
On weekends, you'll find him either slow-cooking an Asian recipe that takes longer than the workday or swing dancing like it's 1932.
